Additionally, the resort welcomes families, providing facilities and services suitable for children.

Guest feedback reflects a mix of experiences. Several reviewers highlight the friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and enjoyable atmosphere, especially praising the sports bar and pool area. However, some note that certain aspects, such as room size and staffing levels, could be improved, with occasional concerns about wait times at the restaurant and noise from hallways. I must say that this resort is overpriced and has seen better days. Bathrooms are super small and do not have a fan, a lot of noise comes from the halls. They are very understaffed, both at the front desk and at the restaurant as well. We got $40 credit for food which was enough for a 2 person breakfast. But we waited almost 30 minutes for the food while almost no other guests were in there. This place has some history and might be convenient for skiers in the winter but I would choose at a different hotel just for a one night stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the Pine Mountain Resort! Whenever I see negative comments, it encourages me to check out a hotel because I feel hospitality industry owners and employees try so hard to please people and it's not easy. This isn't the Ritz Carlton (it's rural Michigan, even better!) The staff certainly do their absolute best to meet high standards. We were very impressed! Our room was spotless, with plenty of room, comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and a large shower. Our TV worked great with a nice channel guide. The heat worked perfect on a stormy night. The best part was the fun sports bar. The staff were great! We had an excellent pizza, plus service. Summer and her colleague are fantastic servers. This Resort has a lot of cool character. We'll definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!:)

OVER-ALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Everything is just PERFECT for a quick family trip, or romantic get-away! We felt like the first ones to ever stay in the cabins, they were SO FRESH AND CLEAN! The pool area was AWESOME. It had an order window to the on-site bar/restaurant, a sauna, large hot tub, and great storage wall for your extra stuff! The employees were all so friendly and helpful, as well!

Drove up in a really bad frozen rain storm and rented the big cabin with a bunch of friends. Cabin was perfectly secluded but easy to walk to from the mountain, and it slept 10 easily. Lower bathroom vents into one of the lower bedrooms so that's a no dumping zone and the dishwasher was rancid but the resort and mountain were really nice especially for a first time snowboarder. Can't wait to go back next year

I went to use the pool for the day and I'm actually going to buy a pass for the year because I had such a pleasant experience and the woman at the counter was so wonderful and positive and upbeat I loved the experience. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there as a guest!
